My name is Manting Xiong. I’m a 26-year-old Hmong – American male. I graduated from CSU, Chico with a BA in History: Pre-Credential Option and Minors in Asian Studies and Creative Writing. I was born in Concord, North Carolina but raised in Chico, California. I’m the youngest in my family of four. Some of my hobbies include; dancing, gaming, performing spoken word poetry, playing volleyball, singing, and writing poetry, and stories.
The works I produce are filled with parts of my life. I won’t tell you the type of person I am. I would rather have you read through my works and decide for yourself what you perceive of me. Having this WordPress has allowed me to express myself and have it saved in the universe. Maybe one day my children stumble upon and learn more about their father. Or maybe the stories and works I produced can bring comfort and affirmation to someone in their time of need.
